mrsalliexo @kellyk0830 No you don't. The back is high enough to fully cover your bra straps. I'd wear a strapless, bandeau or thin lace bra under it. The straps are adjustable making it easy to tighten the chest area if needed. But you can go braless if you choose too 😉
