litedancer@rockafeller it would work with a tank top or camisole it was only too small because I like to have a certain feel around the back and shoulders and found this was too tight for me, maybe it's my broad shoulders, it's really cute, ivebeen looking for a different one to replace it, hope that helps

litedancer@withwildones With the shirt hanging and material loose, pit to pit is 15" but the material is a bit stretchy and flows so it extends to about 21". Shoulder to hem in front is about 22", slightly longer in back top to bottom 24". Hope that helps
