NWT Milano " gathered/crinkled" top! Beautiful tea/multi colored blouse. It has a 3" wide elastic waistband. Handwash cold then wring and secure ends and store garment in wrung position until warm, this gives it the continued "gathered" effect. So pretty!

pegster67@sweetienatalie Very strange, I just noticed this is missing 2buttons, one at the very bottom and one 3rd button down. There is an extra included and the very top one could be moved. I'm sorry.....I just noticed it. If you are still interested I could fix it or offer it to you discounted.
