Beautiful Black Halo navy dress size 4. Retails for $345. Bought from another posher but my giant hips are too big to fit. Beautiful pleated detail at bust. Pretty peplum in the back with back slit. Excellent condition. Recently dry cleaned and never worn by me. I would trade for another Black Halo dress in size 6.
