This post is to HELP others spot fakes! Not to call anyone out. Let's help each other by teaching each other what we should be looking for to confirm authenticity and how to spot fake products.

meggocLadies, please be careful when buying sets of 'MAC' brushes! I just uploaded a picture of what they often look like. A lot of people are honest and admit they're knock offs but a lot will tell you they are authentic! Unless the brushes are special editions the metal between the brush and stem will be SILVER, the lettering will be close to the metal (not in the middle of the brush) with numbers following & the lettering will be engraved!
