Size 4, they run true to size I'm usually a size 2 and they fit a little big, you can see in the last picture. Navy/black with white 100% cotton! 28 inch inseam so they were perfect length on my I'm 5'3" but they are a cropped pant. Never worn! Nwot.

Waist is 15.5 inches from side to side when flat hips measure 17.25 inches. Hope this helps!
