alliebabexo@ohcav so after doing the measurements and talking to my friend who is about the same size as you I think it might be too small :( I posted a picture of her in the same dress different colorway. Shes wearing a small. If it helps I'm a size XS in everything at Bebe so if you are then it could fit! I am a size 25-26 waist. I tried it on an I had a little extra room in the boob part hope that helps!
