Is the dress lose around the hips/waist area? Or is it fitted? Just want to make sure if I'm spending $40 it fits. Also, I'm 5'8" do you think the dress will be long enough? Thanks!!

@akanatj - length is 35-36 inches .Not sure how long or short you like to wear.Its not super tight in waist area ..prolly 1-3 inch narrow then upper torso.I bought this for summer but I am expecting 2nd child so I can't fit it at all to show you.
