vjrorrer@neuyear54 I apologize, I just now saw your question. It has a draped neckline (I wouldn't call it a cowl neck it's much more flattering), not too low-cut. As the bust line is filled out, it raises the drape a little. The dress has never been worn. 😊

neuyear54Thanks for being willing to hold the dress... Until I get to bottom of problem know its ok to put back on market. Last time it took at least a week to figure it out and get new debit card.. The one time I had problem with someone buying things on my account, they purchased shoes and baby clothing. I know these things can happen but we dont expect it to happen to us.Just know when I do get things fixed. will be looking to find things in your closet.. Thanks for your understanding.
