effloro@lily1618 Hi, the dress is a soft blend knit, 20% cotton 35% viscose 30% nylon 10% extra fine wool 5% angora. Lying flat I measured the bust at 16" across and the waist at 11.5". Of course this is a knit so there is a whole lot of stretch. I think it runs quite true to size. Hope this helps! 😊
