jessimakah@hideme555 lol how tall are u? That will make a diff on fit too. I'm 5'6" so the area that has the tie is actually my upper rib cage area and the waist falls further down where it's wider I can do another post with pics showing measurements in areas if I have a general idea of your height. I have also let ppl in the past exchange an item for something else if it doesn't fit since some items are harder to judge

hideme555so the strap would probably hit my natural waist. My bust is 32B/34A so the 30'' bust you gave would not work either... idk. Dont see anything I'd exchange for either and need the dress for a wedding. I'll have to think about taking the chance.
