caroshyu@cindyyz I can't say for certain since I'm not a size 2, but the waist is 13.5" across when laying flat and it has elastics on the sides so it has a little stretch (not super stretchy but moderate stretch). I would suggest measuring the skirts or pants you have to compare! Hope this helps!

caroshyu@downing25 depends on what brand xs you usually wear I guess? I usually wear a 25 in joes jeans, and 24/00 in loft jeans and the skirt fits me well. The waist of the skirt is 13.5" when laying flat. Hope this helps!
