Nice size bag. Pretty tan leather. I used this frequently a number of years ago. It was my "go to" work bag. Many pockets and large enough to fit my work files! There is a small ink smudge on the upper left back (see 4th photo). Purchased for over 300$ several years ago. My price reflects current condition and vintage factor.
