aistevens @melissap32285 - hi Melissa. I just measured it from the center of wear the front of the neck line starts and it is 19 3/4 inches. If I measure from the shoulders it is almost 23 inches.

aistevens @melissap32285 - it works with a tank under neath and shorts. If you are looking for a bathing suit type knit cover up, this would be short. ☺️
