I think it will fit you perfectly 😊 it does stretch, and it's 96% cotton, like premium quality cotton :) I'm a 34 B-C, and I put on my extreme push up bra (VS one that adds up 2 sizes 😊) and tried on this dress, it fits perfectly and looks better with a fuller bust ^_^ I wouldn't worry about the waist at all coz it stretches. Hope it helps!
