a4thom250@yasmeen20 hey girl- I bought 2 bracelets from U and a white rose watch; when I received them I didn't inspect them (wish I would have) cause I bought them for my sister n law BDAY- which was yesterday- and once she tried on the white bracelet- it DOESNT HAVE A CLASP!! Can u help me out please? Id like to purchase more items n the future; but not if their gonna b broken :(

Jul 01Reply

yasmeen20@a4thom250 Hi Ashley, I'm so sorry about that. I honestly inspect everything as I pack it, but I do not remember closing the clasps before packing your bracelets. I will definitely replace it for you. I don't think I have that exact bracelet anymore but I do have another white one. I'll tag you in that listing. Do you see anything you would want to purchase at this time, and I would include it with that shipment? I'm still having buy one get one 1/2 off .
