closetchelle@soghantsang oh no, glad I stumbled upon your question. buyer pays for shipping, you should be using the pre-paid shipping label that posh sends you in your email. Just print out the label and tape it too any box then take to the post office. Do not use flat rate boxes, you should not be paying for postage at the post office. Buyer's $5 pre-paid shipping label is good up to 5 pounds. Hope that helps -Michelle

Or be able to sort our likes or have different pages pants / accessories/ tops.. so.when we shop we dont have to scroll all the way down.. which takes time. krismob@pm_editor is there a poshmark support phone number? I'm being manipulated my a seller who canceled a $100 bundle after I communicated with her I already shipped and to await the USPS scan. She received the items four days ago and said she would pay if she received. She said she was worried I was lying about shipping when I said bc of delayed postal scan. Anyways she's had my items and now is allowed to return? How is this acceptable? I'm been a seller for many years and I'm a top 10% seller. I'm worried items will be stolen or damaged? Please help! I want my funds released to me! I don't feel like posh is backing sellers?!

mrsofficerAs a posher what do I do about sellers who don't communicate. I've had several experiences with purchases where the seller does respond to concerns about shipping. If I purchase something I like to be notified when it ships either by tagging me in a comment or simply updating the purchase info. When that doesn't happen and I try to contact the seller and still get no response I feel like they don't have the item available. Help @pm_editor

fatprincess_xlI’m sure there’s a better place to put suggestions but here it goes anyways; We should be able to select multiple items to share at once and add text/comments about that share. Some stuff is just shared because you’re obligated to share it. If I actually think something is awesome, I want to be able to tell my followers. Example - when you share anything on Facebook, you can add text that shows up above the thing you’re sharing.

afstarr@soghantsang isn’t that that the great thing about Poshmark u don’t have to worry about shipping fees, sizes etc... I often use free 📦 and bags from the post office. I even ordered them online thru USPS and the mailman brings them for free. Just have to make sure your picking out the free one with no postal delivery fees....
