laurenlynx_ @bel88 Hello! If you look at picture #4, the upper right picture is of the inside of the wristlet. If you'd like me to take another one I can. I don't have an iPhone 5 so I'm not positive but this is roughly 6" in length and 4" in width. It'd definitely fit an iPhone 4s but 5 might be questionable. I hope these measurements help you out :)
