Width few armpit to ar it is approx 19" (on the outside)' shoulder width across the back is approx from pit to pit is approx 19". And the approx measurement from top of shoulder across is 15 1/5". pegster67@kc1101 Hi! The exterior of the jacket is 97%cotton and 3% spandex. The interior lining is 65% polyester and 35% cotton. Sleeve lining is 100% polyester. I hope this helps. It's a gorgeous jacket!

pegster67@bnbscully Good morning! This fits like a 4-6. It would be snug for a size 8. Keep in mind also, your body build also plays a role in how it fits. (Breast size, waist size, etc.).
