accentsenvoguePlease note that silica gel packets, as you may already know, are disiccants--vapor absorbers; I maintain them in addition to wrapping tissue in my stored products, thereby controlling important atmospheric humidity. No unusual odor accumulates when appropriating these methods. Of course, the environment is free of smoke and pets, thereby dissipating no pet dander, tar, or nicotine into the atmosphere.
