Very hard to find, from J. Crew's fall 2010 collection. In excellent condition, only worn a few times and recently dry cleaned. Cropped shape with an asymmetrical zipper. It has 9 non-functional buttons on the front and 5 functional buttons on each cuff. Soft wool blend, fully lined. J.Crew refashioned the classic old-school band jacket to give it a stylish spin! Flattering slim, shrunken fit. Wool spandex blend. Item # 31171

effloro @dinorag21 sorry it took so long to get back to you , I was away for a few days. I took the measurements with the jacket lying flat and I measured the bust at 18" across and the shoulders from shoulder seam to shoulder seam at 15" across. Hope this helps!
