Ladies, if you're experiencing pains, swelling, unexplainable weight gain, mood fluctuations, etc, go see your OBGYN!! I saw tons of "regular" doctors and always got sent home. I knew something was wrong but I had not seen my OBGYN. Four years ago the ER found a 13lb ovarian tumor! It caused enormous health problems. A year later I was healthier than ever, but it almost killed me! I don't want anyone else to go through what I did. See your OBGYN! You're worth it! And I’m still healthy!

Second reason I'm sharing is because my posh sisters have been so supportive and really cheered me up when I was in hospital! I love Poshmark and love how everyone makes us all feel amazing and beautiful! 💗

So glad tha your doing better. I was diagnosed in my early 20's with cervical cancer. I have been in remission almost 7 yrs. Dec 7th will be 7 yrs. I had a hysterectomy but was left with my ovaries. I have small cysts on my ovaries. This past oct they found a lump in my breast. It's a benign tumor. I have also have a benign tumor removed from my leg. I pray that things stay good for you and that it doesn't reoccur.

This is so incredibly inspiring! So glad I found your page. Wish I could discuss what happened with you a little more in detail because I'm going through something somewhat similar. That's actually why I download Poshmark! I'm looking to buy dresses now because of the fact that I'm going to lose my hair and I needed to find them cheap because of med bills! You're an inspiration! :) so happy to see you doing well!

@ehopie here's my story, well part of it anyway... I was a 44 inch waist size 16/18, after they took the o Arian tumor out I went down to an 8. Then I worked my but off and changed my diet and lifestyle and now I'm a 4. I went from a 44 inch waist to less than 29 and still working on it 😼💪💛

Amazing story. I'm a fan of getting genetic testing done in addition to checkups. My OB/GYN in Raleigh (Dr. Lisa Roberts), suggested this because family history - grandmother died of ovarian cancer & my mom got uterine cancer at 35. So I was 35 and got BRCA genetic testing done. it showed I was not carrying the genes connected to these & some other cancers. Huge relief. Most insurance now cover these tests. I encourage everyone to ask their OB/GYN for it!
