skye248@msrosiep laying flat, the bust area (across arm pit as best as i can tell) is like 16 inches, stretching to 21 or so. The hips really stretch, laying flat is like 18 inches but can stretch up to 26. It's more a flowey skirt so hips shouldn't be any problem. Hope that helps. :)
