Black faux leather, elastic waist band, with a 25" inch split on left side, length of skirt is 40" inches long. Made of polyester and spandex. Very small spot on upper front of skirt as pictured above but is hardly visible. Measurements: LARGE is 37" inch hips, 31" inch waist. MEDIUM 30" inch hips, 29" inch waist.
