ellahannsStunning! I've been enjoying your closet for nearly an hour. (My husband keeps getting poked, "But look at these lines!" "Oh, those shoes!") The effort you put into making it all so beautiful is truly appreciated! Thank you!

Oct 12Reply

maureen888Hello, Janice! You're so sweet!! Very, very excited!! We find out in the morning, boy or girl!! I probably won't sleep! It's better than Christmas! Hope your weekend was fantastic!! Sending you a huge hug and kiss!! ❤️❤️

Oct 12Reply

janicegw@maureen888 Teary-eyed and suddenly excited! So happy for you, and yes, BETTER THAN CHRISTMAS. WOW! Love!👕👭🐑❤️🌹🎁

Oct 12Reply

maureen888I so thought we wanted a girl, but now I'm like, boy!! So, either way, we'll be happy! It'll just be nice to stop referring to the baby as "it!" 👏

Oct 12Reply

janicegw@maureen888 Have you begun the naming process yet? Or demands from family re names? How fun and exciting.❤️🌹🎁

Oct 12Reply

maureen888We've set on a girl's name, but totally lost on a boy's name. His father would like us to name him after my husband; however, that's a definite no. His father wants us to have a boy more than anything, have a feeling "it's" a boy, oh!! Just another 12 hours!! 😁😁😁

Oct 13Reply

janicegw@maureen888 So wonderful, M! Please let me know as soon as you can. I'm so happy for you.🌹❤️🎁

Oct 13Reply

maureen888I will for sure!! Xoxoxo

I hope to work with u in the future. What a blessing Posh has become- uniting women with big hearts. thank you wherever you are tonight- I can feel a sisterly love from you and that is nothing short of God himself working and our angels above. Good night :)

luvsmink@janicegw ....Janice, I just wanted to say THANK YOU for all the wonderful shares today!!❤️❤️ I hope you know how much I love and admire your closet, and all the beautiful treasures it holds. If I ever switch back to a buyer only, I will be your best customer.❤️❤️❤️❤️ Your poise and grace never cease to amaze me; and I only hope one day to be admired and respected by others in the way that you are. Much love,Suanne💞🌸

Nov 12Reply

janicegw@luvsmink Suanne, thank you so much for your beautiful message to me. You definitely touched my heart today. Last weekend I reduced the price through the promotional, but will negotiate further with you as a Posh sister. If only PM did not take 20% of our earnings, we could all do even better. But, I can take $15 off for you (let me know what you think). By the way, congratulations to your daughter and her career in the legal profession!

Nov 12Reply

luvsmink@janicegw ....is the outer fabric a satin, or does it just look shiny?? Price is fine....just want to make sure the fabric will work for downtown Chicago weather.

Nov 12Reply

luvsmink@janicegw ....will you text me....six three zero, nine one five, one one nine five ...thank you, Suanne

Nov 12Reply

janicegw@luvsmink I did. Outer fabric is a heavy satin blend. Admittedly, it is not a winter coat for Chicago-type winters. It is perfectly suited for spring and summer and perhaps early fall. It is lined. Chicago is notorious for having harsh winters, and this coat is not for that season. I have a more suitable Chicago winter coat that I believe is her size that I have to list this week. It's stunning! Let me know what you think.

Nov 12Reply

luvsmink@janicegw ...I would like to see the heavier coat, too, please, when it's convenient. She could use this to run between buildings without lugging a heavier coat. Plus she will have her suit underneath as well. You know how these young adults are; heaven forbid she wear a scarf and gloves!!

Nov 12Reply

janicegw@luvsmink Great points! LOL

Nov 12Reply

janicegw@gymjanice Dearest Janice: On my desk sits your beautiful card to me, adorned in a gorgeous silouette black velvet evening gown and satin sash. As beautiful as the card is, nothing compares to the written words inside from you. HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Love, Janice

Nov 21Reply

blandwJanice, I wanted to pop in and wish you a very happy and blessed Thanksgiving. I am so thankful for Poshmark and all of the wonderful people that I have met such as... YOU! 😘 😘😘 Have a wonderful holiday weekend! Don't eat too much turkey and stuffing or you won't be able to fit into all the amazing clothes that you could be buying on posh!! TeeHee!

Nov 26Reply

julie48Hi @janicegw !! I have a random question for you. You mentioned before how you love estate sales (I'm obsessed with them!). My father taught me a lot about vintage furniture, etc, but he is no help when it comes to clothing & accessories! Today I was at a FABULOUS sale and they had an black purse which resembles the Hermes Kelly Bag (it wasn't an Hermes, but the shape was similar!). The inside of the purse is pristine and the brand is "AETNA". Do you know any background on it? It was only $4 so I bought it ;-)

Dec 12Reply

Oct 07Reply

exoticbeauty27@janicegw: Can I just tell you how amazing 😍 your closet is...it just oozes old Hollywood glamour! 💋 It just takes me back to my favorite style era the 40's with a twist of classic modern chic style! Just fabulous darling....fabulous! 👏❤️

Oct 14Reply

janicegw@exoticbeauty27 Nayhen, THANK YOU SO MUCH for your compliment! I adore fashion, and the 1940s are my favorite era for fashion and Hollywood glamour. The women dressed fashionably just to go to the grocery store! LOL I love it!

Oct 14Reply

exoticbeauty27I adore fashion as well!!! Well, more of the covered up sexy form fitting style! Nothing sexier💋 than an outfit that can just make you wonder.....like my Lola (meaning for grandmother in Tagalog) use to say nothing like a women with mystery👤! Yasssss......you are so right! No matter where a women went it was dress to the 9's.....I personally loved the fitted midi pencil skirt look with a fitted blazer, sized gloves, a pump....and don't forget the stylish hats! And, a red polish mani! ❤️

Oct 14Reply

exoticbeauty27@janicegw: My other fav about the 40's is the lounge wear! A feather slipper with a kitten heel and long fitted silky robe with some sexy slip or lingerie underneath! Ugh....A-mazing! 💋👌
