rosenbmata @moorem2014 Sorry for the late response! I was at a family members house late last night. I think measuring from the armpits is the area of where the bust is too. Do you want a measurement an inch or two lower than that?

rosenbmata @carlynott last time I tried it on, it was too small. But maybe my daughter can fit into it ( she's almost 14 & been doing a lot of growing lately). I will try to get a decent pic up soon :)
