cmcaucci @krissnol not into leather bands but I am liking the deco mini nice change my Movado is large I wear it half way up my arm almost like a cuff bracelet if u have a thin wrist like myself that's how it fits only other option would be to remove link I couldn't do that it would take away from style of watch
