lockepwhen I opened the box it was like a huge puff of rank smoke hit me in the face. The sneakers which are black in color not blue are unwearable. Even the laces are disgusting. The soles of the shoes are worn out and filthy.And I didn't even order them/ I told you take them out of the likes, not to bundle. There is no angel ring. There was a small baggy with other rings packaged exactly as advertised...to top it off there was a torn, up brown grocery bag in the box. I have photographed it all. Plus I never said yes to the bundle....you never even gave me a price and to be charged $129 for junk is an insult. The box and the contents are outside the house and today I took it back in to take photos and still couldn't touch the items w/out gloves and the smoke still reeked. You sound like a nice person....what were you thinking trying to sell such a mess?

susan_nah@lockep I understand but it's impossible that my bf didn't mail that ring and also it's impossible my package left in the situation u were saying. So I'm wondering what might have happened during the process because I have sold more than a thousand items it's impossible for me to do something like this. Also the bundle might have some misunderstanding cuz I put all photos in so I thought if there is any question u will ask and tell me but u bought it so I assumed there was no problem and I did give u a very good discount. So I understand ur frustration but I'm very frustrated too I have definitely mailed that ring and also very clean and nice before the package had left. So i do apologize but I wanna figure out what happened too so please don't ask me again what I was thinking because I did mail everything and clean and nice. I want you guys to have a good experience. So was ur package all well packaged and no damage when u got it?

susan_nah@lockep sry for this Hun my boyfriend packed them so I'll check with him if the angel ring is missing and in terms of this yes never worn more than twice and I took all real photos and they are blue... I don't know what u mean they are black and if u mean it's dirty it might be put in storage for a while but it's just looks that's not from the brand new factory but I don't think it's like worn many times dirty and I promise I didn't wear this more than twice cuz it doesn't even fit me comfortably it's half size small to me. And u mean it has a smell of smoking? My whole house doesn't have anyone smoking and i sold thousands of packages before it's impossible that my stuff smells smoking. Is it something happened on the delivery process? I wanna make this right and sorry for ur frustration but don't want you to feel this way and it's okay we can let posh solve this and I'll ask if the angel ring is missing but this shoe is taken by myself and definitely never worn than twice. I do take seriously telling about my items

susan_nah@lockep sry again but I just checked with my boyfriend he said he definitely mailed the angel ring in that bundle. And I did remember he asked me which size on the phone when he was packaging so I'm wondering if ur package was open when delivered to u or something? Because he definitely mailed the ring and it's impossible my package reeked of smoke when it left my house.
