How long is it from top shoulder to hem of the top part & also the waist of skirt to bottom skirt, ( I'm aware it's one pc) but making sure of length for 5"7.5' & also material of bottom , not chiffon also is it?

@jeniefersantos From the top of the shoulders to where the polka dots meet the solid black section, it's 14 1/2" and 19" from the top of the black section to the bottom. I'm not sure on the percentages of the fabric, but the bottom is a cotton and polyester blend. I hope this helps! 😊
