purchased a "BUNDLE" of alex and ani bracelets, a set of best friends & a feather bracelets. took 2 weeks to send out and when it came it only came with the bestfriends bangles, feather bangle was not in the horribly packed envelope (letter size) that she sent it in. sent it right back to her!

jcrewsmama@janney07 I had commented that I didn't recieve yet and I have a tracking number when I called USPS it said the info they had was from February 15 and no other info was given. It's already more than a week.. So when I asked cjscloset he/she asked if I paid for 1-2 day shipping. Really?! I said I don't know I just paid you.. Smh..

janney07@jcrewsmama i purchase from different people all the time here and i hve never encountered a choice in shipping yet or have to wait to be sent a tracking info. the tracking # is always on that email that says our listing has been bought so theres no reason why she has to wait for an email that sends the buyer a tracking coz she gets it first

I'll wait to see what response I get. Oh and yes you are right when I asked where my order was I didn't get a respond so today when I saw on feed someone just bought I commented where's my order..

jcrewsmama@janney07 I sent out another comment that I had contacted usps with the tracking number and that it's still in New Jersey at the sorting facility which was on the feb 15, 4 days later no additional info can be provided. Also that if my order is not in by Friday I will report her..

janney07@jcrewsmama in my experience from what i send out or if im receiving is that the post office sends the buyer an email when the package is in the post office or was dropped of by the sender that email contains the tracking and it only takes 1 day for that. the following day if u track it theres already progress on that package but if it still says the same that means the shipping was just hiven by poshmark but hasnt been dropped off at the PO or a mailbox by the seller. hope that made sense lol

jcrewsmama@janney07 I was thinking that too.. I don't sell on here but I know you can print the labels from home and once it's dropped off they notify that person if has been dropped off. Meaning she printed labels and still holding on to it? I know there was a shipping problem she has stated sometime last week but now that note on her page is gone. I will give her until Friday then if no progress I will report. Or actually in will report her tomorrow if no changes

jcrewsmama@janney07 hi, so she contacted me and said she apologizes and doesn't know what happened. Then she offered to mail me another package and if I were to get the old one to please send it back? Really? I highly doubt she has the same pair of earrings I originally bought from her.. Lol.. So I just told her I want my full refund. Does she do it or poshmark ? I did send out an email to poshmark requesting for a full refund. So hopefully everything goes well.

janney07@jcrewsmama hahaha she says that to everyone, that shell send again. i guess she has a whole stack load of whatever shes selling LOL but u notice how she says " pls return IF it comes" not WHEN it comes... u can cancel on ur purchases portion of ur settings but if it really is at the PO, whatever it is that she sent, then only posh can cancel. btw she sent me my order but it was incomplete thats why i sent it back. she doesnt deserve a sale if shes super late shipping it plus she doesnt communicate and then finally she sends an incomplete order.

No cancel option. :( well hopefully poshmark will refund my money. There was another posh member who bought from her and giving her the benefit of the doubt. She told her how some people were warning her she had bad service but she still bought from her. Wonder if she will get her package.. Lol

jcrewsmama@janney07 update! She screwed me over! I recieved the package yesterday after 2 weeks and yes you are correct, she didn't include my earrings which I paid for! I commented to her how furios I was and i demand my full refund. If she doesn't reapond to my post I will go thru all her pages and comment to her she is a lousy seller and I want my money back! I hope poshmark will refund it to me and not release the funds to her at all. She's making this a bad experience for me. I'll keep you updated! ;)

I shouldn't have to pay for anything to return. It should be ALL covered by yu since YOU made the mistake.. Who takes 2 weeks to ship out and sending dainty things like jewelry shouldn't just be thrown into a envelope. It needs some kind of cushion. Really? Send me money thru my paypal and I can ship back. No way am I going to pay Again for shipping. None of this was my fault! I also sent another email to posh mark..

She did respond tho and said to keep it and tell poshmark that I sent it back... I will not keep the bracelet I am waiting to hear from poshmark so they can issue me a return label

janney07@jcrewsmama ok good i made the mistake of sending it back as return to sender and yes i wouldnt keep it either its not worth it id rather get my full refund than keep some measly jewelry that was just sent in a measly envelope like its some free stuff she gives away. i want my purchases to be given to me nicely and properly coz i freakin paid for those they werent free! she makes me so angry! 😡😡😡
