Worn once! Perfect condition. Slightly off white! Medium but will fit a small or large. I for a Medium because I liked the length better. This hits the floor on me and would probably be ankle-length on someone taller.

jessicaess @veedal Aw I'm sorry. It's a little big on me too so I usually wear it more on my hips. I got a medium because I wanted it to be longer and the small was too short :/

jessicaess @veedal The black waistband is 25 and stretches like 4 more inches, and the material is super versatile with size. Usually when I wear it, I stretch the waist band over my hips and it stays up. I actually got this same skirt for my friend Anna as a gift and she usually wears a size 3-5 in pants whereas I am usually a 0-1, so hopefully that's a better explanation of the fit. And she's almost your height and hers came to her ankles, so I got the medium for myself also so it hit the floor even though it is a little loose around my waist.
