Once on do they form to your body or kinda just stay the same? And do they seem small for a 24? I have a pair of 24 but they have elastic in them so i just wanna make sure theyll fit.

@d_feh they aren't small for a 24, they are pretty true to size. Are form fitted in the thigh then goes into a boot cut. They are super cute rolled up :)
