little_bit_hp@shopahola hello, thanks for reaching out to me and welcome to posh ☺️ everyday there are 3 parties (all virtual) and the 3pm and 10pm ET parties will be hosted by poshers who were invited to host by the Posh team (employees). The Posh team invites only posh rule following closets to host and they have to be in good terms with the community (example: no harassing other poshers). You can always send Posh support an email to ask to be a host too. They will evaluate your closet and get back to you.

little_bit_hp@shopahola once you get invited to host a party, you have a date and a time scheduled, along with a theme. so during your scheduled party time, you will share listings to the party and they are called Host Picks since you're a host and you picked them to showcase to the party (these listings can be from any closets)

little_bit_hp@shopahola you can choose your host picks ahead of time or you can choose while the party is happening but I suggest ahead of time to ensure the picks you choose fit the party theme and they are from rule abiding closets. There are also a limited amount of picks you can share.

Unfortunately there is no short cut to gaining followers, but there are a few ways that will absolutely help ☺️ sharing is the best way and it's great that you're already on a share group, try to share more in general from your feed and parties. Having more items in your closet also helps and taking great cover shots which you're doing great (cont'd on next comment)
