This dress is so whimsical and flowy. I only wore this once. The chest was a bit too wide for me and I didn't have the goods to fill it out properly. I bought this at a boutique in Seattle. Has a broken belt loop(pictured) and a darkened fabric spot(possibly staining from the brown belt I paired with it) but the creases cover it(if you would even notice it).
