pinklola7 @burdie also .. I have placed two different orders where the seller never said thank you, never shipped , never replied to my communication either. Thank goodness PM dies t waste my time waiting for my refund👌like why do you put stuff up for sale then don't mind your closet!?! So low class. But i guess there is no way to really weed them out. Im surprised PM doesnt have a seller rating system yet. What a concept, right? 😋

So to block a user you need to click onto their closet and from your iPhone, once you are there, go to the top right corner and you will see an icon like a square with a line in it. Click that and it will allow you to either share the closet or block user, etc. im not sure if that is possible from anything other than the iphone or ipad tho. Hope this helps 😘

tygirl @pinklola7 i am sick of all the fakes, replicas i wish posh would remove those listings. I am also sick of the people who have items for sale on posh but will only go through PP. Last but nit least people who do not ship and do not stay in communication buyers sellers it has happened more than a few times to me.

bellasbeauties EXACTLY! There's no reason if your selling that once someone hits that buy button, you can't simply wrap it up print the label and ship it out..... WHAT'S even easier is ... YOU GO to USPS.COM it's the post office not UPS. Go to their site and you put in an order for a package pick up... Your regular mail person is alerted and knows that you have something to send out. It even asks where you will leave it, like on the porch, the steps. Wherever you decide.. No more worrying about getting to the post office. NO MORE EXCUSES WHY YOU HAVENT SHIPPED..... For something so easy to do and get paid just get your stuff sent out and no headaches for anyone.....

keepfaithalive Totally agree!!! OMG.... I couldn't have said it better. One time I purchased from this rude person. I didn't even negotiate, just purchased. Next day comes, no acknowledgement, no thank you, no updates, nothing. And, then I asked to cancel the sale, not a single word. S/he just cancelled the sale. No apologies. God, what a waste of time. Just took so long to have that fund available on my credit card. Smh!!!

I can only imagine you are breathing a sigh of relief every day when you wake up! John and I want to move to Georgia down where my family is. We have friends who just moved there too, so its sort of calling us and it is right at St. Simons and Jekyll Islands so it is a beautiful part of the coast and so laid back. Even tho it is "resort town" it isnt crazy with loads of crowds like it is here at the beaches. So where are you now? Still in WA? I have been wanting to come see Cannon Beach, OR, so if I ever get there I will let you know so I can try to come visit you! How fun!!!

emory1975 I bought some shoes awhile back and the seller said she would send it out next day...kept messaging her with no response and item ship status never changed. She finally got back to me a week later or so and said she hadn't sent it because she got busy and she didn't have time to respond to her messages. She was a suggested user too so expected more. I felt ignored and if she communicated the delay I would have been fine but no communication at all.

pinklola7 Hi @abbeyblair ! What a bummer. Grrr! Posh gives sellers 10 days to complete the sale. So until then, you are in limbo. However, as soon as the 10 days is over, you immediately should cancel. They are good about getting cancellations processed and your funds are returned to you within a day or two. Please do log a support ticket tho! I hope the seller is ok, but good Poshers will update their closets if they will be offline more than a day or two. Bad Poshers ignore their buyers 😤 Good luck!

kkscloset2 I am a medical sales rep that works long hours and sometimes I take longer then 2 days to ship (my average is 2.5). I think as long as the buyer RECEIVES their purchase within a week that's perfectly acceptable. Most clothing stores online average shipping is 5-7 business days. If you're purchasing from places like Gilt.com or Hautelook even longer. However, I do think it's important to communicate with the buyer on when they can expect to receive their purchase.

kkscloset2 @burdie you think your shoes being delivered to you within a week is unacceptable? Like I noted above the norm for most other online clothing stores is 5-7 business days and if you want it delivered faster a lot of times you have to pay higher shipping fees. Also kids clothing?Not sure what's wrong with that... Some people sell kids clothing (just like adults) that is new or in excellent condition. Just sayin' 💖

kkscloset2 My pet peeve is more on the other side. When I ship I put a lot of time into wrapping it up nicely with a card and even sometimes an extra goodie, along with communicating when purchased, shipped and received and then the buyer doesn't accept and I have to wait another 3 days to get paid. In fact right now I have a buyer who ordered something over $500, I actually shipped this item out the same day, she received it this past Saturday and yet, I'm still waiting to get paid.😬

kkscloset2 @burdie I also assume when you were referring to kids clothing you are probably talking about ppl who are reselling items that have been used a lot or are cheap which i completely agree is nasty with how dirty kids can get. I was more referring to the other end of the spectrum, items that are new or used lightly and I only buy quality items that are usually $50+ in stores and kids outgrow things so quickly. The used underwear part! Now no one can disagree that's just downright DIRTY!

I definitely don't like buying from closets that look dirty, cause if they are not spending the time to make an item picture nicely chances are they probably aren't taking great care of their stuff either. I have never had any issues with a seller who took the time to let me know shipping would be delayed for any reason. Life happens and as long as they are letting me know, then it is appreciated.

We are getting married on 10/29 (yes, in just 3 weeks!!) in South Georgia, so now we are gearing up for that. We want to relocate there too but that will happen in the next few years, not this year.
