It has a kiss clasp style closure and interior is satin lined with one interior pocket. Made in Belgium for Neiman Marcus. Short beaded handle. Best guess 1960's. Mid Century Modern. Beads are all in great condition with very few missing here and there. One side of the strap has pulled partly loose from the ring as shown in the last two pictures.
