5/$25 Carlisle Collection formal drop skirt dress size 4

Carlisle Collection yellow floral embroidered fitted, drop skirt with rhinestone trimmed collar front to back. In a fitted bodycon style semi-formal dress with drop skirt that lands at or below the knees. Very unique design and spotless piece. *only flaw is that the inside lining has about a 10” tear down the seam. I believe it can still be comfortably worn like this as the outer fabric is thick and will not be noticeable or s seamstress could fix it up.
