I started The Retro Hippie as a stay at home. My company evolved and I started to recycle clothing and style them into complete outfits; women wanted help in the styling area. Being a product of a bad economy both as a mom and as a small business owner... Thrift stores are the new Macy's. I do have a website but Poshmark is so simple and easy to use it allowed me to evolve and further my entrepreneurial skills and I've opened another business and I get to keep my hippie store!

theretrohippie Hi @lisalynn16 , I have an Etsy account from many moons ago. I wasn't fond of the platform. I found that there were more crafters that wanted to share and trade ideas...I was in the process of trying to let go of The Retro Hippie so I can branch off in other directions. I love this platform... Poshmark is making it possible to keep my creative vibe going while I branch out into the business world.... Thank you

tracyred Awesome i wondered what apps people used?im creative but no technical so much..lol i gotta learn.ive been a hairdresser since 90been self employed since 97 when i got forced to be because where i had wrkd got flooded!..i tried wrkn at a spa but hated all the pedis!
