I did it 4 times and then I stuck w the nutrition and now I'm on the 21dfx 👍👍keeeep pushing. You can have whatever you want you just have to work for it

@mrscody09 Hi Kandace. The 21 day fx plays in the a.m. At my gym and am planning on purchasing the 21 day extreme today. Do you have a code You want me to use? I didn't realize when we messaged last year this is what you were doing I thought beach body was a plan that you had to buy their food and shakes. I did it a bunch of times and I always use that meal plan now! 👏🏼👏🏼 if you already have an account through teambb you'd have to switch me as your coach by contacting them or using my coach id upon enrollment (436370) - are you planning to implement shakeology as well!? Amazing stuff - been using it since I started July 2014. We should chat more !
