Really cute black dress with long sleeve mesh shoulder and neck opening. Class look easy to pair w heels or boots. I bought off posh but its tok small for me. Belt not included. Measurements: waist 11.5" (elastic so has some stretch), length from top to bottom 29", waist to bottom of skirt 15".
