iamthetrend@slvrjoy pretty much ya, I used acrylic paint and used a patent black platform heel I bought from forever 21 I bought this bakeable clay at a crafts store and molded the fins and fluke, baked the clay so it would harden then attached the pieces using super glue? Or something stronger I can't remember!

iamthetrend@slvrjoy an extremely strong toxic glue found at a lowes or home dep... But it's strong enough to hold through metal leather etc.... Problem is I can only do my projects in my apt, and I really hope the fumes don't effect the apt facility

blueskyactionJust wanted to say that I totally hear you on the effort and time put into making such stunning shoes. I was a competitive figure skater, but could never afford to have anyone else stone my dresses, so I've always done it myself. The last dress had 5-6 gross rhinestones on them, mostly Swarovski, and not only is that pricey, it's soooo time consuming. I think it took me around 10+ hours for that one dress!

kyle1212Honestly I don't know yet but here's what I'm kind of thinking of. Black pointed toe plain leather flats covered in black Swarovski crystals. With perhaps a clear crystal on the toe. I would want your input on all aspects though. You're the designer, I just know what I like. Just because I have this vision doesn't mean it's feasible. I know... start saving now!
