My Shellology Designs are no longer available on Posh. Due to the overall lack of interest in my Design Closet all Sea Shell Jewelry has been moved to Etsy. My regular jewelry designs will remain until I've made my final decision about what I wish to do about my Poshmark Closet. The last 8 months have seen my sales plummet after being informed I'm a Top 10% Seller. Odd. The time (Sharing) I've spent on Posh isn't refundable. thelovelywife@moonbunnytoo Sea Glass is glass from bottles, ship wrecks, ships at sea that finds its way into our oceans. When it does it breaks and is softened and changed to become naturally frosted by the sea. As we endeavor to recycle Sea glass is becoming harder and harder to find. That is what's giving its market value. The sea glass I've found took 8 weeks to find. Seriously hard to come by nowadays. Even in Florida :) Best place to find sea glass, South Carolina :)

thelovelywifeAhhhh. So you know I can beach comb year round @moonbunnytoo :) The bulk of my beach combing is of course Ft Piece and Captiva. The piers and docks are normally good producers. The tourists will be gone soon and the glass they missed picking up becomes mine all mine :)

thelovelywifeLol. That's all I have @moonbunnytoo ... The bulk of what I find this season will mostly be collected in October and November. When all is done and said I'll probably finish the year with 8 shards. Not a bad haul :)

Unfortunately, I am sometimes forced to protect my intellectual property so, I appreciate the explanation :) And your love for shells would keep you right beside me for the entire 12 hrs I'm there. Lol. My husband has occasionally left the beach to go get us a room because clearly, I'm not going any where. Lol. He's a good sport. I hope you will return and find something super special for your Mom. And do keep in mind I have several more months before it gets too cold for me to sit in wet sand while I excavate a shell bed :)

moonbunnytooHi Billie!! I'm home! So what i read is that you're not supposed to remove glass from the state park, but locals have come to accept that visitors will take a few pieces. My mother in law went a bit over board and we have a couple handfuls! She really loved what I had purchased from you 💕 so I'm thinking I can send over my haul to you and have a piece made for her and one for sister in law. It's dark now, but will try to post a pic tmrw for you and you can decide if you would like the collected glass 😊

thelovelywifeThank you @sweet_hatttrick .... My two passions come together in my Shellology Designs :) I was trying to figure out how to do something like what you suggest on Posh. I can't list anything that does not have the Posh blessing. Crafting supplies are a no no. I stay away from those. They can shut down an account for listing outside of Posh criteria. Normally, I'm all for that. This time, not so much :)

thelovelywifeOh geesh, I only have a moment I have to get to bed. But @pipergirl1 meet @jessmwerner right under your comment. She owns the necklace you love. Lol. I featured an item from her closet as well and she's just swinging in to let me know she still likes me. Lol. Hi Jess :) @pipergirl1 That necklace was a custom design for Jess. We hit it off and I took a day trip to Daytona and designed that entire necklace in the car, even named it Dayton. I don't think I can even replicate it. It was one of the most unique wraps I've done and I don't remember how I did it, I just did :)
