ocvibes@pharman hi.... So I just wanted to clarify because my friend just pointed out to me that I was measuring wrong... she's a math teacher lol.... So we got a little crafty and filled the boot with tissue lol and we measured all the way around the boot and it measures 16.5 inches all the way around... hopefully this helps :) I put a pic up.
