Adorable button up blouse by Guess. Sleeves can be rolled up and buttoned and are 3/4 length when unrolled. Size says small but its very loose fitting. It fits me loosely and I'm an 8 on top and a 36C. Can be worn buttoned or unbuttoned as a cover up!
