Size 7. Never worn and was given as a gift. i had a jeweler look at it: Ring: 7mm x 7mm red heart set in 10 kt yellow gold w 4 round diamonds at points 12,3,6 & 9 as a clock. Not real rubies as I had a jeweler look at it per pictures. Earrings: 5mm x 5mm set in 10 kt gold studs. Please let me know if you have any questions.
