ashleyema @myownstyle220 Love this dress and H&M, Can you please send me the waist size and size across the hip area? is it a stiff material/stretchy etc? What's the length of the skirt?

myownstyle220 @ashleyema the waist is 11 inches, but has stretchy fabric across. The hip area is 14 inches, and the skirt length is 18 inches. I am just about 5'3" and it hits me right at knees. It is structured, but fabric has stretch and give.

ashleyema @myownstyle220 I think it might be a little small on me. I have a 29" waist, 5'6" I cannot remember my hip measurements will have to measure when I get home. Was the 11" for the waist across or around? Sorry for all the questions...what's the approximate bust? Thanks! :)

myownstyle220 @ashleyema no problem! The 11 inches is just the across measurement, but if the fabric was stretched, it would be a greater measurement. The bust I would say would fit a B or C cup. For reference, I am a C cup.
