@hellokittylvr aren't LV purses guaranteed for life? I would think they would fix the zipper for free? No?

@angela60503 maybe since the only thing wrong is the zipperpull missing, not the actual zipper but they wont fix everything for free, my son had chewed on the handle of my Artsy so i took it to get repaired and they put a brand new Handle for $200.
