janstyled @manish great picture:) Poshmark has become a big part of my life! Unexpectedly for sure! I have two ideas to share with you to increase my efficiency as a seller... 1- Ability to copy a listing. I would have more listings if this were possible. Copying a listing is needed from sold and unsold items. Since this isn't possible, I spend unnecessary time looking up my photos and filling out the info in the listing time and time again. 2- Means to search for a single buyers likes within my closet. When they are ready to buy, I can't possibly look through likes from days before on all of my items. Most buyers just recap their likes for me. It would be terrific if they didn't have to. I think Poshmark is a very user friendly! Thanks for your consideration! Jan

lolasapug I agree with shoegal1575! Customer service is lacking big time. Many of my emails go unanswered for weeks-if ever. Also, lately, my earnings are not in my bank accounts within the couple of days/the date emailed to me. It's taken up to a week for funds to completely be processed. Solutions: Please hire more customer service reps and work out the kinks with the banking and/or change your policy to reflect the actual time it will take to receive/process earnings via direct deposit. Otherwise, PM is great. Thanks,

horano You're the head honch here right? I've already contacted poshmark support. It's been I don't know more than 12 hours and that idiot still has a scammer listing. You guys need to be "customer service" you guys claim you are, and fix issues when they are represented. It shouldn't take that long. She can't slander me like that I don't think so. I expect her to be reprimanded severely. Like shut down her account.

First of all, congratulations and thank you for coming up with a new system allowing other closets to be featured. I followed it like crazy the whole day yesterday and this is what I have noticed. Maybe this will help or not but at least you got a feedback and I hope you don't mind. See you have 40 at this time. And everytime it rotates to a new set, there are ten people not being changed.

manish @noy2312 @lyann @tracy The algorithm is slightly more complex but essentially you are right that there is a rotation system. Also each users list is different. The goal is to recommend users who embody various principals of Poshmark as well as can provide relevant closets for that user. You should expect to see this improving over time as we learn more.

noy2312 @manish I went gaga over the suggested user, trying to decipher the system. But you are right, some new closets are being featured but old ones (I mean, previous closets that have been suggested users before), keep appearing. How many users are there now? If you are using a new system, should'nt there be a complete set everytime?

manish @noy2312 It is still early and every aspect of the system is being fine tuned and closets are being added constantly into the system. Give it a few weeks as it settles down before you decipher it fully:):)

noy2312 @manish one more thing, I think it would be a good idea to give each user a stamp on their closet like a star or a ❤heart or a ✅ check mark meaning they have been chosen as suggested user and that gives you a clue that "hey this one is a suggested user already, let's pick a new one!"

beautylady125 @manish hello Poshmark management team. Let me just say that I love this platform and the Poshmark community. It has allowed me to connect with some great people, make some extra cash and buy some awesome fashion items at reasonable prices. I must admit that I have not always followed the rules of engagement, either because I didn't fully understand them or didnt think they were strictly enforced because I have seen so many examples of the very violations Poshmark does not allow in the closets of several hundreds of sellers here. I have had my closet suspended twice because of it. Now, I am on my last warning. I take full responsibility for my actions/ violations and I blame no one but myself. I can clearly understand why Poshmark would fill the need to "monitor my closet", to see if their are other signs of violations. Just this morning, I was paid a visit by@mimi2000, about a white Chanel Beauté bag that I have posted in my closet. She posted comments about the Beauté bag as if it was not authentic or as described. I tagged her back, asking if she has any questions about the bag and that it was as described and authentic. I see that she is connected to the Poshmark editor team, when I looked into her followers. The last time my closet was suspended, someone, posing as a buyer came to my closet inquiring about the Burberry String Bikini Set I have in my closet. This person requested to buy the set for $90, I agreed, then she specifically asked me,"how would you like me to pay you?" I responded, "you may pay via Poshmark", of course the transaction did not happen because, this person was not a real potential buyer. She was someone who was trying to lure me into a Poshmark violation trap that I did not fall for. At the time I was not aware of it and was somewhat annoyed that someone had talked me down from my original price of $175 via price negotiation then back out of the deal, so I deleted the listing and started over again with a new listing for the bikini set. That following morning, my closet was closed and the said violations was, 1) accepting or conducting transactions off Poshmark 2) listing perfume products. I have been on Poshmark for almost 1 year now. I am a fair and decent person, and a fair and decent seller. 95% of my sells have no complaints. They are described accurately and delivered within reasonable time frames. I have good satisfaction rating, (I do not have a posted listing for comments and ratings but if you read the feedback I have on sold products it will demonstrate what type of seller I am). I do not understand why I am being harassed and bullied by your employees, when I am now trying to follow the rules. Please take a look at my closet, some 453 listings( includes both sold and current listings) if I have been found in violation from the day of correction on July3rd in any way then please, close my closet, but if not please tell your staff to stop bullying me and my closet. Thank you! I appreciate your help and cooperation in advance!

I think it's a great way to showcase as many trusted closets as possible, both new and old... angelleoni @manish HI I have emailed Poshmark support with about 8 screenshots of 8 different women committing mail fraud thru trading and stealing from you, They are marking their items at 0 and paying the 6.99$ for shipping printing the label and then canceling the transaction and using the label, I haven't heard back from posh with any email and I also tagged you on one of the listings so you could see the conversation, This is really awful that so many are doing this, I personally think if Trading wasn't allowed the stealing would have to stop since its only thru trades they can do this, I found 8 ladies doing this and I'm sure there's more, That's a lot of money you are losing....My advice is close the closets that are trading, You don't gain anything by the trades and a lot of the times they don't end good... Just my opinion, ThankYou!

Everyone starts somewhere and I love hearing and seeing others stories. I started my beginning to success at 14 years old and have yet to stop or make it there and I'm 23 now. There is no stopping with me. I'm very determined and at times want to give up because I just never have time to rest but quitters don't win 😉 I'm obsessed with poshmark and it completes my life!! My life and passion is fashion and selling women's trends and poshmark allows me to do what I love best in another way that was never possible before! You are capable of helping others by using the "share" button and communicating directly to people!💞 My full time job is not something I love to do but with poshmark it makes it all better. I'm actually at work right now, lol. You can always find me on here! It has changed my life and kept me up float when I had no job, money, or food. I sold almost all the clothing, handbags, and shoes I owned on here to get extra cash when I was unemployed but poshmark cared and it gave me enough income to survive! juliadaily Hi @manish- I am in need of some help! :( my account is not letting me post new listings or buy anything, and I don't know if there's something going on or if I have done something wrong. I emailed support and it says they are experiencing a high volume of emails right now. My love days are tomorrow and I was planning on making a few purchases, so id really like to get this resolved before then. I follow all poshmark rules and have great feedback! No trades, no PayPal, no replicas.... So I'm really not sure what could be wrong! Please help! I also haven't received the direct deposit I requested Monday and I don't know if its related to this or not. I desperately need that to pay bills. Around that time, my life changed due to the birth of my daughter, Lindsay :) (theres a pic in my closet :) I started off as a Posher selling extra clothes in my closet that I wasnt wearing anymore. I started by accidents when the add for poshmark came up on a game I was playing! I believe it was a gift from god because my life was in a time of emotional turmoil! My daughter and best friend was moving to Phoenix for her husbands career, my husband had just moved to Va for his career taking my son along to work and I was left alone in Charlotte NC to sell the house! I was alone and very lonely! Poshmark helped me organize my home by going though boxes of clothes my daughter no longer wore or needed, clothes that I no longer fit into due to weight gain but were to nice to give away, and clothes that still had tags that couldn't be returned! I had a mannequin and I new iPhone and I went for it! Within 6 months I made thousands of dollars, and fit the first time this stay at home wife/Mom found a sense of purpose beyond raising a family! I eventually got other older family members involved with their own site by buying them iPads and wireless Internet with the money I made! It has opened the world up to my elder female friends/family who now are making money and cleaning out their closet! It actually brought us closer together! I truly believe this was a gift from God because of the renewed relationships I now have with them! You deserve all the success you all are having! GOD BLESS YOU!!

sdshopper She deleted her signs but pp is honored. Under listings. Even meet the seller is gone. So she knows she is doing wrong. Please review the reporting I pressed on the listings. Thank you possibly even the letter sent to PM support. There are so many others that would be better suited as a host than a posher who does not follow your rules. brooklyn_s @manish hi, I see in the above comments that noy, missaisha, & katjo were "complaining" about how the suggested user works. And within hours of their complaint about it, they all became a suggested user. I've really been working my butt off sharing, designing my listings and following all the rules since I stared in June and I have been really disappionted with how the app "chooses" it's SU's and Hosts. I've sent many many emails requesting to be a host or SU and all I get is follow the rules, which I ALWAYS do. I really feel that this app is a bit prejudice in who it picks and who it doesn't, then again I'm staring to think it's how much money we make for Poshmark. I must say I'm really disappointed and considering closing my closet all together, and I'm not the only one, a lot of other women I've spoken with on here feel the same way! #ihatefavortism😞

lindseytodd @manish Not so long ago my boyfriend was used to nightly back massages, a clean house and me being available most of the day for whatever he needed. Fast forward to the present: One half of our house has been converted into a makeshift shipping center with enough tissue paper and ribbon varieties to celebrate gift giving daily for the next several years, and the other half has turned into a walk in closet with cleaning/organizing/sorting being done daily...seasonal cleaning is now a thing of the past. Nightly back massages? Not a chance. I have posh parties to attend, friends to make, items to share, treasures to buy and last but not least thousands of photos to take of myself in mirrors until I get the right angle with the best lighting of my pre-loved items 😂. While my guy has been a little bummed over the past 6 months over my new 'love', 👥❤️Poshmark, I think you will be pleased to know that he is finally coming around...my iPad & computer were both running out of storage due to my thousands of new daily photos, and he surprised me with a new Mac and the iPad Air "for all of my Poshing needs". Almost 200 sales later and what would be an extra 5k or so in my bank account (money in the bank, gorgeous new Posh finds hanging in my closet....it's all relative 👗👖👠). I couldn't be happier knowing that he is finally getting used to the idea of your amazing App being a permanent part of our relationship. I have absolutely been on Cloud 9 ☁️since the day I joined & would be honored to be chosen as a Suggested User 🙌. colorista @manish A simple suggestion to improve the experience of sellers and reduce overhead of poshmark support: please allow sellers to 'approve' a transaction before it takes effect. A seller should be able to choose the buyer too. If someone shady buys from my closet, and all the signs show that they are heading for a scam, why can't I cancel the transaction, no questions asked?

colorista @mollydolly Thanks for the tip :) This is what I ended up doing, but Poshmark gave me a warning message about not posting items I don't own/can't deliver (forgot the exact wording) as it is disappointing to buyers, and the item still appears as sold, so I can't edit it or sell it to someone else. I think Poshmark should consider adding a feature where an item is only 'sold' if the seller also agrees. It would probably save everyone a lot of trouble.

brooklyn_s Omg!! I think my account has been restricted!! I can't purchase my bundle and I have two items trying to sale in my closet and they can't buy them!! I think this may have something to do with a purchase I made for a inspired Burberry purse the other day but I honestly didnt know I wasn't allowed to purchase it I just thought I couldn't sell them, which I have never done. What a great job you've done so very much to get where you are today.i live Posh, I became handicapped at the age of 15, I'm now 46 and have come a long way myself .,I've made it far beyond what the Dr's ever first thought . First to be alive... Walking and striving in life. Well I have to say that Posh has now given me an outlet to fell like a productive part if society . It keeps me busy where as recently I was depressed and slept an awful lot wasn't reaching my potential as a person. Yes I was in a slump , I came across Posh first I watched for a very long time . Then finally I decided to make a closet. I've really enjoyed myself meeting new people and making some great friends along the way. I just wanted to let you know how your site has helped me when I wasn't doing very well, but I'm now busy, eating and sleeping well. I'm alive again . kristikreations I have some I ideas as well: 1. It would be helpful to be able to drag and drop a listing wherever we want the listing to be. Right now if we edit a listing it ends up at the very top. 2. It would be nice if we had a place for status. Like : Open/closed working, sleeping, closed for lunch from 12:00-1:00. And to be able to delete your last status. I do have a question. @manish I have been here at Poshmark for a year as of 7 days ago. I was told that I am on the waiting list to co-host. I would still like to do this. Also I know most of the active members and the Suggested Users. They have put in a good word for me to become a suggested user too. I have not received a response yet to either question. Can you please help me. I would greatly appreciate any help. As a member, before I share my own closet I share my friends. I have spent a lot of my time here and I look at co-hosting and becoming a suggested user a reward for being a huge part of what makes Poshmark what it is today. I buy and sale. I have made the mistake in the past with paypal and trading however, I don't do that Any longer. We all make mistakes and I would like to think that a mistake from the past can be forgiven. I noticed that several co-host had done the same thing. So I would appreciate being extended the same courtesy as them. I do not take paypal, I do not trade. I am loyal to Poshmark and do not sale anywhere else on-line. I attend parties and share others listings. I congratulate host picks and have had numerous host picks myself. How awesome would it be to have a "cart" within each closet where a buyer can add several items from the same closet and then do 1 check out instead of having the owner bundle items - which is time consuming!!. Just a thought! Also would love it if y'all sold a shipping & packing "starter kit" with all the essentials to help with packing (tape, tissue paper, thank u cards etc). I would love to see more photos. I wish I had know about Poshmark sooner...I love PM and plan to stick with it for a very long time to come and it will feel pretty awesome to be able to tell people years from now that, "yes....I have used this app almost from the very begining!" I know the amount of time and dedication that it takes to make something like this what it is, so thanks for all that you and the PM staff do! My closet started out with 4 things, but I am building it up, my followers started with nothing and now I am over 3,000....I know that soon it will be a whole lot more! What has PM done for me? liz3 @manish when was Poshmark 1st launched? My closet stats are wrong (my sign up date) they've now told me it's digitally created but somehow they've told me 2 diff dates....smh. But I know for sure when I signed up. Which turns out to b only a couple of months after Posh was launched, IF they have that correct. I've heard numerous ppl say their closet stats are wrong. I've always enjoyed Poshmark but customer service really needs to be looked at. I've bn on alittle over 2 1/2 years & hv noticed the same few girls hosting daytime parties that haven't bn on but 6 months - 1 yr. only thing I can figure is they work for cooperate (?)

A friend told be about POSH during a very dark time in my life. In January of this year, my younger sister committed suicide. Looking for any distraction I could find to escape the excruciating pain of losing her - I finally decided to download the Posh app. I can't even begin to describe the Joy I've found within this community - meeting wonderful ladies from all walks of life, the unbelievable finds as a buyer (Yes, I am a self-professed Shopaholic 😁) And lastly my success as a seller!! I never thought that I would have the success I've had in a short 3 mos! I love it here and it's truly been a Refuge for me during the darkest most painful time in my life. The 2nd income is awesome, of course! 😉 But the solace I've found here is Priceless. So to sum things up: Thank you❤️

She tags members she harassed me, she sold replicas bluntly in her closet, tells me she knows has family in corporate, had a man call my cell, I do nothing ...nothing and my mothers account gets restricted, I get that message you give members to get rid if them unable to create listing...did you ever Look at my closet...winder why I get harassed it's all,authentic, it's all instock..pristine designer items at fabulous prices ...why did you create a site...that is exactly for a closet like mine..,she received an authentic bag...I received a fake..I emailed support about the harrassment 2 weeks ago, she emails support and gets a reply in 24 hours...your staff is bias, prejudice and clearly out if control...

a1fashions Im quite new to Poshmark . The only thing i wud suggest is that there shud be some way of deleting comments. Sometimes the buyer asks for a certain price and the seller agrees but the buyer changes their mind . In such a scenario the seller is forced to lower the price which of course results in lower fees for PM . U guys should really look into it .

moogirl1 I tried talking to your team unfortunately it hasn't gone well. I received an item that said it was an off the shoulder shirt, when I git it....it was CUT to go off her shoulder. I went through the proper channels, but they allowed her my money. It was not what it says it was. It's a small amount of money, but it's the point. I want my money back....and she can have her cut to her shoulder back. I really enjoy posh, but if this is how the business is run, than I want no part of it.

I've been blocked and many other poshers for pointing it out. She's been reported constantly and nothing gets done. I have had this issue happen to me time and time again with this site. I have bought and sold numerous items through Poshmark and Pride myself in being a very honest seller and buyer. I have verified my billing address with posh customer service in the past by showing screenshots and appropriate paperwork to verify that it is truly me.

bekindbetrue I would like to thank you first for this app, I enjoy using it. If you reference my closet you'll see I take pride in my closet & hopefully someday I'll become a SU. I'm disappointed to find I'm being bullied & lied about, & in your space directly by a SU. I hope you take time to investigate & find the truth for yourself. diplatinum1 @manish I have been a frequent shopper on your site and up until recently have had nothing but pleasant transactions with sellers and pleasant interactions with your customer support team. One of your sellers mistakenly mailed the wrong package to me and your customer support team emailed me a label to ship back the package. I do not have access to a printer, therefore, I asked your team to please mail the label to me instead. The response was jarring

diplatinum1 . I was told to go to a library or print the label at work!! I am not sure what your company policies are for employees, but in New York using company equipment for personal use is grounds for immediate termination. It's an extremely irresponsible suggestions to make to customers. @manish I'm asking that you please step in and have someone mail the label to me. As I previously stated, I DO NOT have access to a printer and would like very much to return the item to the seller. Thank you.

dani1157 @diplatinum1 Hey there. If you have a ups store nearby, they will print the label for a small fee. The. You can leave the package there and the usps will pick it up. I don't know if you want to try that. I do that because I don't have a printer. Anyway, that may be quicker than waiting for people to get back to you. 🙂

artsie_1 I have only been a part of Posh for a yr this month. I saw the increase for shipping. Why not offer standard at a lower rate and the higher cost for those who want their items faster? Some will be paying more in shipping than their purchase.

jadeh Hi my account was hacked and someone stole over $2k dollars of mine, changed my bank account info and likely had access to my bank account. All day I've been trying to contact someone there and no has gotten back to me. The fact that this happened and now my identity is likely at risk is VERY DISTURBING.
