bluromefashion@nemi6 yes- it's such a fun outfit! The fabric is 51% Viscose / 49% Cotton, so it feels really nice! About the top of the skirt- it's an easy and comfortable elastic waist style.. I can take some pics of just the skirt a little later if you would like ? Also, I can bundle with the pleated vintage skirt if you want/decide :)
