alibfcat Hi! @hlamountain! I wear a 25-26 in jeans. This skirt fits me very comfortably and still would if I were to lose or gain a few lbs. I think the skirt fits a variety of sizes because of the stretch, likely 2-4. The waist measures 12.5" lying flat. If stretched it is over 18" to give you an idea. Hope that helps.
